Στις 9 Μαρτίου 2018 και στα πλαίσια της του 6ου Smart Cities Conference (www.smartcitiesconfernce.gr) παρουσιάστηκε το Ευρωπαϊκό Έργο ACTIVAGE. Το έργο χρηματοδοτείται από το πρόγραμμα H2020 της Ευρωπαϊκή Ένωσης, και έχει στόχο να αντιμετωπίσει με επιτυχία τις προκλήσεις που φέρει η γήρανση του πληθυσμού μέσω υπηρεσιών, που στηρίζονται στις νέες τεχνολογίες (IoT) μέσα σε 9 Τοποθεσίες Ανάπτυξης (Deployment Sites) σε επτά ευρωπαϊκές χώρες.
Ειδικά για την υλοποίηση του Έργου στη κεντρική Ελλάδα, στόχος είναι η ανάπτυξη 150 «έξυπνων οικιών» τo 2018 και 2019 για τους δικαιούχους του «Βοήθεια στο Σπίτι» των Δήμων, που μετέχουν στην διαδημοτική αναπτυξιακή εταιρεία ΟΤΑ CitieNet AE (των Δήμων-Μετόχων Βέροιας, Βόλου, Γρεβενών, Ιωαννιτών, Καρδίτσας, Κατερίνης, Κοζάνης, Λαμιεων, Λαρισαίων, και Τρικκαίων) σε συνεργασία με την e-trikala AE του Δήμου Τρικκαίων, με συστήματα υποστηριζόμενης διαβίωσης.
Η ημερίδα έλαβε χώρα στο Συνεδριακό Κέντρο Δαίς, στην Αθήνα. Ο Δήμος Τρικκαίων και η CitiesNet A.E εκπροσωπήθηκε στο πρώτο κύκλο συζητήσεων «Smart Governance- Smart Policies: Εναρμόνιση των Τεχνικό-Διοικητικών Ενεργειών των Πόλεων με την Ψηφιακή Διακυβέρνηση», από τον Δήμαρχο Τρικκαίων και Προέδρο Επιτροπής Καινοτομίας Ανάπτυξης και Υποστήριξης της Επιχειρηματικότητας ΚΕΔΕ, κ. Δημήτρη Παπαστεργίου και στο δεύτερο κύκλο συζητήσεων «Health & Social Care e-Services: Αξιοποίηση των Τεχνολογιών της Πληροφορίας και των Τηλεπικοινωνιών για την Υγεία και τη Βελτίωση της Ζωής των Πολιτών» από την Ψυχολόγο και Υπεύθυνη Έρευνας και Επικοινωνίας της e-trikala Α.Ε, κα .Χριστίνα Καραμπέρη, η οποία και παρουσίασε τους στόχους και του Ευρωπαϊκού Έργου ACTIVAGE και τις υπηρεσίες που θα αναπτυχθούν το επόμενο διάστημα στα πλαίσια του πιλοτικού.
ACTIVAGE Project was presented on the 9th of March 2018 at the 6th Smart Cities Conference (www.smartcitiesconference.gr) ACTIVAGE is an initiative that’s aims to create 7.000 ¨Smart Homes¨ as it focuses in meeting the challenges posed by the ageing of the population via solutions entailing the use of the Internet of Things in 9 different Pilot sites in 7 different European Countries.
The Pilot site of CitiesNet S.A, a Municipal Company of the cities of Central Greece (Veroia, Volos, Grevena, Ioannina, Karditsa, Katerini, Kozani, Lamia, Larissa and Trikala), aims in deploying 150 Smart Houses in 2018 and 2019 for the elderly that are beneficiaries of the “Help at Home” social care program in all 10 Municipalities that are members of CitiesΝet, in cooperation with E-trikala S.A and Municipality of Trikala.
The Conference took place at the Conference Center “DAIS”, in Athens, Greece. Municipality of Trikala and CitiesNet S.A was represented during the first session titled “Smart Governance- Smart Policies: Harmonization of the technical and administrative impact of cities with digital governance” from the Mayor of the city of Trikala and Chairman of the Committee for Innovation of Development and Support of Entrepreneurship of KEDE, Mr. Dimitris Papastergiou and in the second round of discussions titled “Health & Social Care e-Services: Exploiting Information and Telecommunication Technologies for Health for Improving Citizens’ Life” by the Psychologist and Research and Communication Officer of e-trikala SA, Mrs. Christina Karamperi, who presented the objectives of the European ACTIVAGE Project and the IoT health and care services that will be developed in the next period as part of the pilot project.
